Baking is the best therapy ever. After some busy weeks I am back in the kitchen. Today I want to share this Champagne Funfetticake with vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream, unicorn marble effect, macarons, meringues and the most fabulous sprinkles by @fancysprinkles ! For the buttercream piping I used my favorite @wiltoncakes 1M and 4B .
Tip: In order to achieve sharp edges like these, you gotta freeze the cake some minutes before smoothing the top.
